We will exchange all items, unused, unused, with all original packaging, tags, etc. We will accept returns of merchandise if it is determined that the merchandise has been worn, soiled, or altered in any way. We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been hemmed after purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
For purchases made using first-time buyer discounts or loyalty points, we gladly accept returns for size/item exchanges or store credit as long as the terms and conditions above are met.
All items purchased during a site-wide sale or at a discounted price from our sales section are considered final sales.
In the unlikely event that our product is defective or damaged, we will bear the return shipping fee and exchange it for the product. This also applies to items sent by us in error.
